How we use your information.

This notice applies to the interest form on the Expedition Frankfurt by MVB website.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect your name, email address, country, professional profile, main interest and, if you choose to provide it, your company. We also record campaign parameters in the page URL, the referring page and the page where the form was sent.

Why we collect it

We use this information to answer your request, understand interest in future editions and share relevant updates about Expedition Frankfurt. We do not sell your personal data.

How the form is delivered

The static website uses FormSubmit to deliver form entries to the project team by email. FormSubmit processes the submission for this purpose. The website itself does not keep a database of form entries.

Who may access it

Access is limited to the teams working on Expedition Frankfurt, including project organisation and client service. Data is used only for the purposes described here.

How long we keep it

We keep the information only for as long as needed to respond to your request and communicate about the project, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices
