Carolina Candido is a literary translator and editorial project manager at Editora Pormenor. She holds a degree in Languages from the University of São Paulo and a master’s degree in Translation from the University of Lisbon. She has translated more than 60 books, including works by Jamaica Kincaid, Sarah J. Maas and Ta-Nehisi Coates.

Mirela Paes is a romance author and managing partner at Assessoria Lavanda, a communications agency dedicated to the book industry. With more than 12 years in publishing, she has moderated, spoken at and participated in major book and pop culture events across Brazil.

Carol Façanha is a PhD researcher at the University of Glasgow and a bestselling Amazon author with more than one million pages read. Her work explores female monstrosity, women’s rage and sexuality as a political force. She won the 2024 Prêmio Voz with the dystopian novel Ciborgues rebeldes sonham com a morte.

Ana Fiori is an anthropologist and an editorial relations and projects analyst at Booknando. Her work connects projects, research and cultural trends in publishing, with a focus on how books circulate and how authors, readers and the market meet.

Lucas Fischer Zapelini is the founder of Clube de Literatura Clássica. He creates and leads editorial projects dedicated to preserving and sharing major works of literary tradition while building a community of readers around them.

Elton Luiz is an engineer, marketing director at Clube de Literatura Clássica and a partner at Editora Trinca Literária. His work brings together publishing, audience development and the growth of reader communities.

Juliana Tavares leads commercial, finance and people management at Booknando Livros, a company specialising in accessible EPUB3 books for Brazil’s national textbook programme and AI-voiced audiobooks. She is trained in business administration and organisational psychology.

Ronaldo Schirmer manages subscriber experience projects at Clube de Literatura Clássica. A Brazilian based in Germany, he studied marketing at ESPM and holds certifications in branding and customer experience from IE Business School. In Frankfurt, he will map international trends in publishing products and reader relationships.

Sofia Camargo is an editorial producer at Grupo Primavera and holds a degree in Languages from PUC-SP. She works with books from concept to publication across literature, non-fiction, culture, leadership and the future of work.

Mariana Viana is a journalist and co-founder of Fora do Plástico, a Brazilian platform dedicated to comics coverage, criticism and discovery. She won the 2025 Troféu Angelo Agostini for specialised journalism and the 2026 Young Talent Award from PublishNews and Frankfurter Buchmesse.
